Cancellation Policy
All clients receive appointment reminders 24 hours to their appointment. I understand emergencies and life happens so if something unexpectedly comes up, I ask that you cancel or reschedule your appointment no less than 24 hours in advance. 50% of your scheduled appointment will be charged to the card on file if you fail to cancel 24 hours prior to your appointment. 100% of the appointment cost will be charged to the card on file if the client no shows their appointment. If a client continues to reschedule multiple times in a row, they may no longer be able to book a service.
